The position of Assistant Commercial Lines Account Manager is to provide the key technical support for the Account Manager in order to effectively and successfully sustain, retain and grow an existing book of commercial insurance clients.
The Assistant Commercial Lines Account Manager will provide the technical support for the Account Manager thus allowing the Account Manager to provide higher quality and more personalized services to identified high end commercial insurance clients. Excellent desk management skills (including ability to multitask in a busy work environment) and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications: 2 years’ experience in commercial insurance industry. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat. Strong phone skills required, as well as the desire to meet with clients.  Familiarity with Applied Epic as well as using various insurance providers’ online portals would be a plus.
